1. Operator
The operator of personal data is the administration of the Avocado VPN service (avocadovpn.net). Contact: create a support ticket.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the following data:

We do not collect or store: the content of your traffic, your browsing history, destination IP addresses, DNS queries or connection timestamps.
3. Legal basis
Data is processed on the following grounds:
- Performance of the contract (Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ) — to provide access to the service.
- User consent — given by accepting the offer at the moment of payment.
4. Sharing with third parties
4.1. Payment data is passed to payment providers (YooKassa, Telegram Payments and others) solely to carry out transactions. These providers process payment data under their own privacy policies.
4.2. We do not sell, exchange or otherwise transfer your data to any other third parties.
4.3. Disclosure is possible only upon a lawful request from authorised bodies. The scope of disclosed information is limited to the data we hold (see section 2).
5. Security
Data is stored on protected servers. Access is limited to the people who keep the service running.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under Federal Law 152-FZ you have the right to:
- Obtain information about the data being processed.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data — send the request through a support ticket. Deletion ends access to the service.
- Withdraw your consent to data processing.
7. Cookies and analytics
The avocadovpn.net website uses cookies and web analytics services to measure traffic, improve the site and assess how well our materials work:
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — visit statistics, referral sources, anonymised session recordings (Webvisor). Yandex policy.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — visit and source statistics, including Google Signals and the processing of automatically collected user data in hashed form for aggregated statistics. Google policy; collection can be disabled with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
Analytics data is collected in anonymised form and is not used to identify a visitor. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings. The Telegram bot cannot set cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
The current version of this policy is published at avocadovpn.net/privacy.html. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new revision.
