This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Paying for the service means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. General provisions
1.1. The administration of the Avocado VPN service (the “Service”, the “Administration”), acting through avocadovpn.net and the Telegram bot @avocadovpn_netbot, offers any legally capable individual (the “User”) access to the internet over VPN technology on the terms of this offer.
1.2. Payment for the service constitutes acceptance of the offer. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of payment.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Service gives the User access to VPN infrastructure based on the VLESS + Reality protocol for a secure connection to the internet.
2.2. Available plans:
- Start — 199 ₽/month, 100 GB of traffic, up to 2 devices at a time.
- Pro — 269 ₽/month, unlimited traffic, up to 5 devices at a time.
2.3. Trial period: 1 (one) day of free access, subject to subscribing to the Telegram channel @avocadovpn_net. The trial period is granted once and cannot be repeated.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Administration undertakes to:
- Grant access to the service within a few minutes after payment is confirmed.
- Keep the infrastructure running as far as technically possible.
- Review User requests within a reasonable time.
The Administration has the right to:
- Change prices, notifying Users at least 3 (three) days in advance.
- Suspend or terminate access without a refund if these terms are breached.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
The User undertakes to:
- Use the service for lawful purposes only.
- Not share account credentials with third parties.
- Not take actions that disrupt the infrastructure.
- Comply with the laws of the country of their stay.
The User is prohibited from using the service for: sending spam, DDoS attacks, distributing malware, accessing unlawful content, or any other actions that break the law.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made through the Telegram bot @avocadovpn_netbot. Available methods: Mir, Visa, Mastercard, SBP, SberPay, T-Pay, Telegram Stars, USDT, BTC, TON.
4.2. The subscription is activated for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of payment.
4.3. Auto-renewal: if the User has auto-renewal enabled, funds are charged automatically on the day the subscription expires. The User can turn auto-renewal off at any time in the bot.
4.4. All prices are stated in Russian roubles and include all applicable taxes.
5. Referral programme
5.1. The User may take part in the referral programme and receive 30% of every payment made by a referred user.
5.2. Withdrawals are available from 1,000 ₽ via SBP.
5.3. The Administration may change or discontinue the referral programme with advance notice to participants. Accrued rewards are paid out in full.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The service is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties of availability, speed or uninterrupted operation.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for: blocking by third parties or state authorities; outages caused by internet providers and telecom operators; damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
6.3. The Administration’s total liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid for the billing period.
6.4. The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of their actions when using the service.
7. Refunds
7.1. Refund terms and procedure are governed by a separate document — the Refund policy.
8. Personal data
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
9. Term and amendments
9.1. The offer takes effect on the date of publication and remains in force indefinitely.
9.2. The Administration may amend the terms of the offer. The current version is always available at avocadovpn.net/terms.html. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new revision.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. All disputes are settled through negotiation. To get in touch: create a support ticket.
10.2. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred for consideration in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
